CCP Monitoring with Photo Proof
Cooking smallgoods batch #2401. Reach target internal temp 71°C. Staff member opens "Cooking Log" checklist on tablet, scans batch code QR label, enters actual temp (71.2°C) and time (63 minutes at temp). Takes photo of probe showing 71.2°C reading.
